Groundwork Development Group is a Limited Liability Company domiciled in the state of Washington. This company is capitalized by two shareholders who are the principal investors and managers of the company; Jonathan Tomlinson and Benjamin Tomlinson.

Groundwork Development Group, LLC will offer prospective clients the ability to buy a new home, sell their existing home, or rent a home in the Seattle, Washington community. Groundwork Development Group’s rental homes will balance good location, reasonable amenities and features, and a positive atmosphere for all tenants while offering affordable rent.

The following is some background information about Groundwork Development Group, which is led by Benjamin Tomlinson and Jonathan Tomlinson.

Benjamin has a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Idaho. Following school, Benjamin went to a leading architectural firm in the Seattle area. In addition, Benjamin has taken on freelance work in order to build his knowledge and skill set. Benjamin has developed a well rounded technical knowledge as well as experience in sustainable design. Additionally, he has managed client and sub-consultant relationships on multi-million dollar projects.

Jonathan has a Bachelor’s degree in Business focusing in Production & Operations Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, both from the University of Idaho. Following school, Jonathan went to work for an aerospace company in the Seattle area as a procurement agent focusing on program and contract management, and has held that position since then. After six years as a procurement agent Jonathan has managed complex, multi-year development programs for avionics software and hardware, has negotiated multi-million dollar contracts, and has obtained valuable customer service skills from dealing with both internal and external customers and suppliers.

The team feels they offer a complete mix of business and architectural skills that will prove invaluable to the company and clients.
